The executive management of Isidingo comprises of three active and dedicated directors: Anu Padayachee, who serves as the Managing Director; Jabulani Ndlovu serves as the Director of Operations and Rebecca Ndlovu serves as the Director of Human Resources.

Anu Padayachee – Managing Director

Anu is the founding member of the business and is responsible for executing the vision and strategy of the business, being an accountant by profession. He holds vast knowledge and experience in the financial, commercial and procurement aspects of the business. Anu has been in the industry for 21 years. He draws on his expertise in the areas of commerce, law, labour relations and strategy, in positioning the company toward greater excellence and growth.

Jabulani Ndlovu – Director: Operations

Jabulani is the co-founder of the business and is responsible for all the key operational aspects of the business and has been in the industry for 25 years. He is highly qualified in security management and operational practices. His core focus and responsibility is ensuring that clients receive the best value proposition through service excellence.

Rebecca Ndlovu – Director: Human Resources

Rebecca is responsible for overseeing the human resource aspects of the business. She has been in the industry for 25 years and is qualified in HR management and employment practices. Her core focus and responsibility is to ensure that clients receive qualified and vetted personnel. She oversees employee selection, recruitment and discipline procedures.

Isidingo operates a 24 hour national nerve centre manned by senior personnel.

All the operators are suitably experienced, with grade A being a minimum qualification.

The nerve centre is fully compliant in terms of SAPS legislation and meets the highest quality standards with regards to safety and security.

Each branch has its own dedicated control room which is all linked to the national nerve centre.
